Created in 1993 in Buenos Aires, the Argentine Institute of Gastronomy (IAG) is one of the leading culinary schools in Latin America. IAG has developed a partnership with the Ecole Lenôtre since 1998. It offers to its students - Amateurs and Professionals - a high level of education through a complete program, both in culinary and pastry.
Established in Brazil more than 60 years ago, Senac offers training programs dedicated to the service industry, including tourism and catering. Based in many cities of the Sao Paulo state, it has 54 establishments, three campuses, two application restaurants and a publishing house. These tools help students to develop strong professional skills. For several years, Senac maintains a close partnership with the Ecole Lenôtre, which enables Brazilian students to acquire a real expertise in French cuisine and pastry.
SPC Culinary Academy, based in Seoul (South Korea), offers to its students courses in cooking, pastry and bakery, relying on the know-how and expertise of the Ecole Lenôtre. In 2015, the school will launch a brand new program: Ecole Lenôtre Sommelier Master Class signed by Olivier Poussier, Head Sommelier of Lenôtre, Best Sommelier of the World 2000.
Founded in 1967, the Kokusai Seika Senmongakko school based in Tokyo offers training programs that focus on acquiring a high level of competence in cooking and pastry. Thanks to a strong partnership developed with the Ecole Lenôtre since 1995, it offers each year to its students intensive training sessions on the theme of French gastronomy, which are organized in Japan, as well as in France.
