Blond fir, pecan praline
Inspired by the work of woodturners, this blond chocolate Christmas tree is revealed as a true gourmet sculpture. At its heart is a traditional pecan praline, prepared in our copper cauldrons according to a traditional recipe. The pecans are slowly caramelised to bring out their full aromatic richness, then combined with the sweetness of salted fleur de sel caramel.
