The Lenôtre brioche is a dough shaped by hand, patiently layered, buttered to just the right amount, a craft our artisans have mastered for decades. From this expertise comes a new range: golden braided brioches with a soft centre, generous brioche sandwiches. And because a sweet break deserves as much care as a meal, the workshop extends to the boscookie, the Tropézienne, and the Menton brioche with citrus fruits.Tasting advice
To be consumed: - Either cold: Remove 1 hour before tasting to reach room temperature. - Or hot: Remove and reheat in a preheated oven at thermostat 4 or 120°C for 12 minutes.This product can be enjoyed hot or cold.
