Lenôtre brioche is a dough hand-shaped, patiently layered, and buttered to just the right amount, a craft our artisans have mastered for decades. From this expertise comes a new offering: golden, braided brioches with a soft centre, and generously filled brioche sandwiches. And because a sweet break deserves as much attention as a meal, the workshop extends to boscookie, tropézienne, and Menton citrus brioche.

Tasting advice

To be consumed: - Either cold: Remove 1 hour before tasting to reach room temperature. - Or hot: Remove and reheat in a preheated oven at thermostat 4 or 120°C for 12 minutes.

This product can be enjoyed hot or cold.
