A sunny stage of our journey, the Riviera log celebrates the sparkling flavours of citrus fruits. Beneath an elegant soft sponge cake with a velvety finish, enhanced by a mandarin confit jelly, fresh and vibrant notes are revealed: indulgent almond crunch, soft vanilla sponge, lemon and yuzu cream, generous compote of mandarin, Corsican clementine, Menton lemon and bergamot, all wrapped in a citrus mousse.

Tasting advice

Store in its pastry box at +4°C and consume on the day of purchase or the following day according to the instructions provided by the shop. Remove 20 minutes before tasting to reach room temperature. Run the knife under hot water before cutting.
