Ingredients of the artichoke and fresh cheese preparation: Artichoke bottoms 64%, fresh cheese 16% (cream, skimmed milk, salt, lactic ferments), sunflower oil, lemon juice (juice made from 99% lemon concentrate, lemon flavour, antioxidants: ascorbic acid - E228 (preservatives: sulphites)), chives 1%, salt, modified starch, Espelette pepper.
