The original recipe by Gaston Lenôtre remains unchanged. The Valencia almonds, refined to perfection, are still there, as well as icing sugar, egg whites, and caster sugar. "Using a French meringue allows us to release all the aromatic substances of the almond and enhance its sweet, milky, and slightly herbaceous flavours," explains Guy Krenzer. This results in the characteristics of a good macaron with a smooth surface, a slightly crunchy crust, and a melting heart. This delight in the historical recipe and original know-how, based on the French meringue technique, is one of the Maison's best-sellers! Tasting advice

Keep in its packaging at 4°C until the end of the shelf life date indicated by the store. To fully enjoy our macarons, we recommend removing them 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature before tasting.
