Tasting advice

Arrange the snails in an ovenproof dish, placing them with the opening facing upwards, and cook in a preheated oven at 170°C for about 6 minutes. Serve as soon as the stuffing begins to simmer. Store in its packaging at +4°C until the indicated expiry date.
