Individual blackberry and basil

This dessert consists of a shortbread and a soft lemon and almond paste biscuit, filled with a blackberry, blackcurrant, and raspberry jelly combined with a cream infused with fresh basil and lemon, topped with basil mousse and fresh blackberries.
