Norwegian smoked salmon, sliced
Preserved in its natural habitat of the deep waters of Norway, this salmon is raised for 18 to 24 months and then smoked with beech wood essence, before being finely sliced by hand. Its flesh, with rich and subtle flavours, melts in the mouth and leaves a delicate final note of hazelnut aroma.
