Raspberry shot
The famous schuss by Gaston Lenôtre revisited with seasonal fruits: on a crunchy sablé, a joconde biscuit, a white cheese mousse, and whipped cream decorated with almond pralinette, all enhanced with a raspberry-redcurrant glaze and fresh raspberries. Created in 1968, the Fruit Schuss is one of the most famous desserts of the Maison. It takes its name from the Olympic Games in Grenoble, during which it was created.
