Tasting advice

Store in its packaging at +4°C and consume on the day of purchase. Remove 15 minutes before tasting to reach room temperature. For a better tasting experience, remove the top part of the puff pastry roll and place it in an oven (preheated) at thermostat 4 or 120°C for 4 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes before reassembling the pastry and enjoying.
