Preserved in its natural habitat of the deep waters of Norway, this salmon is raised for 18 to 24 months before being smoked with beech wood essence and then finely sliced by hand. Its flesh, with rich and subtle flavours, melts in the mouth and leaves a delicate final note of hazelnut aroma.
