Smoked salmon puff pastry, herbed cream cheese & pickled radish
At the heart of a crispy and melting puff pastry, generous slices of smoked salmon are accompanied by creamy cervelle des canuts (a Lyonnaise cheese speciality made with goat cheese, shallots cooked in white wine, chives, and chervil) flavoured with dill, thin slices of pickled white radish, and a sliver of red onions.
