Imagined by the pastry chef Étienne Leroy, this dark chocolate ticket is much more than a treat: it is an invitation to board the Train of Wonders. Inspired by a film from his childhood, this golden ticket evokes dreams of escape and the magic of the festive season. Beneath its intense dark chocolate coating lies a traditional almond praline, prepared in our copper cauldrons according to a classic recipe.
