Tasting advice

Store in its packaging at +4°C and consume on the day of purchase. Remove 15 minutes before tasting to reach room temperature. For best enjoyment, remove the top part of the puff pastry roll and place it in a preheated oven at thermostat 4 or 120°C for 4 minutes. Let it rest for a few minutes before reassembling the pastry and enjoying.
