Keep in its packaging at +4°C and consume on the day of purchase. Remove from the fridge 15 minutes before tasting to reach room temperature. For better enjoyment, remove the top part of the puff pastry roll and place it in a preheated oven at thermostat 4 or 120°C for 4 minutes. Let rest for a few minutes before reassembling the pastry and enjoying.This product can be enjoyed cold.
