Made according to the original recipe of Gaston Lenôtre, our mini truffled white puddings are made with pork and turkey fillets, enhanced with a splash of Port and nutmeg. Elevated by black truffle (3%), our mini white puddings are crafted to the highest standards: eggs, milk infused with onions, carrots, leeks, and aromatic herbs provide softness and character to this signature product.

Tasting advice

Store in its packaging at +4°C until the indicated expiry date. The dome should be removed before reheating the product. Reheat in an oven (preheated) at thermostat 4 or 120°C for 18 minutes.
