Salmon coulibiac with light lemon sour cream
Lenôtre reinterprets this great classic of French gastronomy, originally from Russia. Surrounded by a brioche puff pastry, it is filled with a rich-tasting stuffing made with salmon, Paris mushroom duxelles, and whiting fillet. The Lenôtre salmon coulibiac is served with a cream sauce with fine herbs and slightly tangy notes of lemon.

Store in its packaging at 4°C. Consume on the day of purchase or the following day according to the instructions provided by the shop. Reheat in a preheated oven at thermostat 4 or 120°C for 40 minutes for 2 and 4 person portions, and for 60 minutes for 6 and 8 person portions. The sauce should be eaten cold and taken out of the fridge just before serving.This product can be enjoyed hot.
