Store in its packaging at 4°C and consume within 3 days of opening. Remove the tin from the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. It is indeed at 10°C that the grains fully reveal their aromas. Ideally, place the tin on a bed of ice to preserve the freshness of the caviar.This product can be enjoyed cold.
