Smoked salmon puff pastry, herbed cream cheese & pickled radish
In the heart of a crispy and melting puff pastry, generous slices of smoked salmon are accompanied by creamy cervelle des canuts (a Lyonnaise cheese specialty made from goat cheese, shallots cooked in white wine, chives, and chervil) flavoured with dill, fine slices of pickled white radish, and a sliver of red onions.

Store in its packaging at +4°C and consume on the day of purchase. Remove 15 minutes before serving at room temperature. For a better tasting experience, remove the top part of the puff pastry and place it in an oven (previously preheated) at thermostat 4 or 120°C for 4 minutes. Allow to rest for a few minutes before reassembling the pastry and enjoying.This product can be enjoyed cold.
