To be kept in its packaging at 4°C and consumed within 3 days of opening. Take the box out of the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving. Indeed, it is at 10°C that the grains fully reveal their aromas. The box is ideally placed on a bed of ice to maintain the freshness of the caviar.This product can be enjoyed cold.
